Things have some what changed...

Yeah the only reason I haven't written is because of the two week fast that Pastor James had issued and the fact that I didn't have time and didn't really have a whole lot of interesting stuff to say. But the fast had excluded entertainment, so I pushed myself away from xanga.

But I'm back now and still don't really have a whole lot to say except, I'm up to three days a week now at work and I have to miss thursday AND friday. Crap! Her and I need to have a talk. I can't keep missing Thursdays, this is nuts, and the way Pastor Steve has been preaching has been phenenomenal and I really don't want to miss out on that. :(

Iowa State Fair: Pigs, Cows, Hens, Chickens, Pony's, Pigeons, Farmers, Hay, family, friends, reunions, Woodward, good food and lemonade...I miss it already!

A Capella/ Women's Ensemble Choir concert: October 17...be there or be square! I have a quartet solo in one of the songs...gotta see that!

New Layout and Thursday night for me!

So, I got a new layout. I have to say I'm pretty much diggin' it. :)

Thursday night: KIMMY'S GOING TO BE THERE!! Yesss! After 2 weeks of not being able to, Kim got the whole week off (not exactly happy about that as most of you know) but it just happens when you get the whole week off, you get Thursday's off, and you get to be at church that night!! I'm very happy about this.

School starts as well on Thursday. Senior this year thank the Lord Almighty! :) It's going to be a great year!

Remember that old red car sitting in the church parking lot next to whatever that other car was for a long long time?Well finally THAT car is our second car, and that it something to definately celebrate about. AND it's me and Joel's car. SO, that's even more exciting. All we have to do is get it legalized and get the new tires on it and we'll be set to drive it wherever we want. So much exciting news, I don't know if I can handle it all!

No work

Well I don't work at all this week or weekend...that really bites. So there's only going to be 16 hours on my check...I'm very sad about this. So what should I do this week??

-read my bible

-worship

-laundry?

-clean my room?

-call Amanda and see what she's doing maybe?

-go for a run..that would probably be a good thing

So many choices. Does anyone know if you're able to pick up checks early or not??

My hair is pretty much the lightest it's ever been, and it will pretty much be the lightest it will ever be! But it's pretty cool if you ask me.

Iowa next weekend!! I'm so excited!

Work has not been a drag. Simply because she only had me work one day this week. That's a pile of poop. :( Hopefully next week will be better and I'll have atleast 2 days of work! That way I'll have atleast 5 days of work on a bi-weekly check! Yay!  Sadness. :(

I'm going to WRC, yeah, I'm going to experience the presence of God! *Sort of sung in the tune to "Going to the Chapel".

AUGUST!

Wow its already August...yay! Just a few more weeks!! :)

Last night was an interesting night at work to say the least. A guy pretty much go fired in front of the whole store and was throwing a HUGE attitude with our assistant manager, Alex, who she then because it got so bad went and got our actual manager, Noah, to solve the whole thing and was telling him to go home, and he kept swearing at her and started yelling to the whole store so everyone could hear how much of a *beep* Alex is and Alex can just go *beep* and there was a whole lot more beeps than that but I don't really liberated to talk about that anymore.

Pay periods are dumb. I'm just now figuring out how dumb they are when you only get paid $6.50/hour. *grumble grumble*.

I can't wait to be in church tonight...mm around the presence of God and all of my friends. It's going to be lovely. :)
